Born in Denver, Colorado, Damage Complex has been bringing his own unique style flow to the Denver music scene for the past 8 years. Growing in the diverse environments of Denver and Aurora, Damage Complex has experienced the environments of the city life and suburbs. Without the diversity found in the city, Damage found himself getting into trouble with the law, drugs, and gangs at an early age. He lost himself in the gang life by looking for trouble and the quick cash. Fighting was a constant way of life during this period and until he hooked up with a crew called Bombshell. They still got into trouble from time to time through hustling, but now freestyling, rhyming, and rapping became incorporated into the daily mix. Honestly, Damage believes that music truly saved his life by giving him a purpose and hope. But things did not start changing until the death of his brother, Miguel Angel Chavez.
